Our therapists' extensive education and experience allow for exceptionally effective care at each appointment. Unlike many spas, we do not pick and choose modalities from a menu at extra cost to the client. Each massage session will utilize a variety of techniques chosen to best address the concerns and preferences of the client. Session times are based on the time spent hands-on and include essential oil aromatherapy.  Some treatments are more appropriately experienced on their own, and those therapies and their prices are listed below.

Restoration and Regeneration Facial Massage
   Our face-lift series addresses the blemishes and problems associated with aging or damaged skin.  This specialized massage approach incorporates accupressure and lypossage to tone and resculpt facial muscles for profoundly successful results. Japanese Hot Stone Facial or Foot Massage
  This technique uses warm polished discs; "heaven stones," that leave the skin tissue smooth and glowing. Deep pressure and relaxation that is a treat in itself, but can also be added to your regular massage.

Repetitive Use Injury Therapy
   This intensive technique has been applied with overwhelmingly successful results to both chronic and acute soft tissue problems, including Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, whiplash, chronic lower back pain, tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis.

Healing Stone Massage
   A deep-heat stone massage using specially selected smooth-polished basalt lava stones. Warm stones are used to massage the body for an exceptionally relaxing massage.

Craniosacral Therapy
  CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This balancing therapy for the craniosacral system  provides opportunity for increased function of the brain and spinal cord. This technique offers relief for stress, headache, vertigo and many other discomforts.

Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique
   Healthful function of the body depends upon the health and activity of the electrical or energetic currents that flow through the nerves, blood, and all organs and cells. Through our everyday experiences we create disturbances and collect unwanted blockages in our internal electromagnetic current. B.E.S.T. is a peeling away of blockages or restrictions in the energy prequencies using simple muscle response. B.E.S.T is a system of healthcare that balances the Body/Mind/Soul energy fields. It can be a great release of unwanted baggage, allowing free travel of energy throughout the body.

   The Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of organic essential oils applied along the spine and thus absorbed into the spinal fluid. The oils are specifically selected to kill viral agents and reduce systemic inflammation.

   A very relaxing treatment of the body's subtle energy system, reiki promotes healing, aids in stress reduction, and brightens perception. Reiki is called "intelligent energy" because it does not require belief and directs itself to the place it is most needed.

   Using a cylindrical "candle" made of linen and beeswax, this treatment has been used for centuries to ease sinus pain, clear the ears after illness and infection, and to keep the ears clean. The therapist uses a localized lymph massage in combination with the vacuum created by the flame to draw out debris from the ears.

   Ideal for treating deep, arthritis-type pain, this heating system also purges deep toxins and heavy metals from the body, and burns approximately 500 calories per session.
